Her acute insight and quick execution was quickly noted and in 2004, she was appointed the General Manager of Orient Escape Travel Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Advance Synergy Berhad, and has since grown the company into one of the leading travel agencies in Malaysia. In 2007, she was promoted to her current position as the Executive Director of Orient Escape Travel Sdn Bhd. Agnes was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Tours Sdn Bhd on 1 January 2016. Agnes does not hold any directorship in public companies.
