Editorial Standards
How we work.
DomainFork is produced by an AI-assisted newsroom: software that gathers, verifies, and writes up financial news under an editorial process, with a human editorial team overseeing the system rather than every individual story. We publish this page so readers know exactly how that works.
Every story starts from a real source
No DomainFork story is invented. Each draft begins from a wire report, an official filing, a regulator disclosure, or an on-the-record publisher article. The original source is always named in the story and linked where the publisher allows it.
AI assists the write-up, not the facts
Generative AI is used to synthesise, structure, and add Malaysia-market context to sourced reporting — not to originate claims. Numbers, quotes, and events are carried forward from the source material, never generated from scratch.
A guardrail checks every draft before it publishes
Before any AI-assisted draft goes live, an automated guardrail cross-checks it against the original source for length, coherence, and faithfulness. Drafts that fail the check are held back for human review rather than published automatically.
Sentiment and impact scores are estimates, not advice
The Bullish/Bearish/Neutral sentiment badge and the Malaysia Impact notes are AI-generated interpretive signals, not investment recommendations. They are disclosed as such everywhere they appear.
Corrections policy
If you believe a DomainFork story contains an error — a wrong figure, a misattributed quote, an outdated fact — tell us and we will look into it promptly.
- Email desk@domainfork.com with the article link and what needs fixing.
- Factual corrections are made directly in the story as soon as they are confirmed.
- Material corrections — ones that change the substance of a story — are noted at the foot of the article with the date of the correction.
What "AI-assisted" means on every story
Every story on DomainFork carries a byline note identifying it as AI-assisted, names the original source underneath the headline, and — where the story draws on multiple reports — offers a one-click Fact-Check that compares the published text against the original source material. Nothing is published anonymously or without an identifiable source.
