GMI delegation commenced their visit with an official welcome from PsK Sharifah Nuraini binti Syed Ibrahim, followed by a guided tour of the MACC key facilities conducted by PsK Sivarasan a/l Kalidawson; Head of Private Sector Division, MACC Community Education Division.

The visit culminated in an authoritative legal briefing delivered by PkPs Nik Lokman bin Nik Mohd Nor. The session provided critical clarity on bribery offences under Sections 16,17, 18, and 23 of the MACC Act 2009, with particular emphasis on Corporate Liability under Section 17A.
