Built to support modern workplace requirements, the towers feature high ceiling heights, column-free floor plates, green building features and a dual-feeder power supply to enhance operational reliability.
The development comprises 19 floors with a total net leasable area of 453,000 sq ft. Each floor has a ceiling height of 4.2m and a column-free floor plate of about 11,956 sq ft. The towers also feature landscaped rooftop terraces and are supported by more than 3,000 basement parking bays.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural firm behind projects such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and One World Trade Center in New York, the towers form part of the broader KL Midtown mixed-use development.
According to Hap Seng Land, the office towers provide direct access to Level 5 of the upcoming AEON Mall KL Midtown, which is slated to open in November, as well as a connection to Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown.
Weber said the development is also expected to benefit from a planned MRT station, adding that accessibility, integrated amenities and ample parking are among the factors supporting its appeal to prospective occupiers.
