The platform supports Malay and English with speaker recognition that maps voiceprints to participants across meetings, according to DNeX. Deployment options include on-premises installation so organisations retain control of audio, transcripts and insights.
DNeX said XWHIZ has four editions: Standard, Pro and Teams for professionals and SMEs, and Enterprise for large corporations. Early subscribers who sign up by 31 August 2026 receive up to a 20% discount.
The launch follows an initial announcement in May and marks the first public live demonstration of XWHIZ’s capabilities. The group built the platform entirely in-house to address Malaysian demand for AI tools that meet local data-residency rules, DNeX said.
Mr Ramli said Malaysian meetings routinely switch between Malay and English within a sentence, and XWHIZ handles code-switching natively without separating the streams. Once a participant’s voiceprint is enrolled, the system attributes summaries and action items without manual tagging.
XWHIZ operates as a sovereign system across its speech-to-text engine, data layer and infrastructure, the company added.
