Iconic Worldwide launches RM300m affordable luxury project in Penang

KUALA LUMPUR, 4 AUGUST 2026 —

Iconic Worldwide Bhd’s Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd launched Iconic Harmony, a RM300 million affordable luxury project in Alma, Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

The 36-storey development offers 751 freehold units of 900 sq ft each, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Iconic Harmony combines high-end finishes with affordability, featuring more than 30 facilities including an infinity pool, jacuzzi, children’s water park, half-court basketball, lush green spaces, recreational areas, a gym and a community hall. The ground-floor retail lots sit on a prime corner at the junction of Jalan Rozhan and Jalan Alma, within walking distance of eateries, banks, wet markets, schools, Bukit Mertajam Hospital and large retail outlets such as Aeon Mall and Lotus.

The project adds to Iconic Worldwide’s portfolio that already includes the Iconic Point commercial development in Simpang Ampat, Penang.

Datuk Seri Tan Kean Tet, Executive Chairman of Iconic Worldwide, said Iconic Harmony was designed to foster community interaction through landscaped courtyards, a children’s water park and a gymnasium.

Tan noted that the response to the show units launched last month has been positive and that the project is on track to be one of the company’s most successful to date. Demand for the 10% of retail lots released has been exceptionally high, he added, with only a fraction of applicants securing space.

“Strong commercial demand made the selection process highly competitive,” Tan said. “We are grateful for the support shown and will continue to deliver projects that meet diverse needs.”

Iconic Maison will hold a lucky draw for early buyers, awarding a Tesla Model 3, BYD Atto 3 and Honda WR-V with a combined value of RM500,000.
