Ombak KLCC opened with 420,000 sq ft of net lettable space, completing the KLCC Precinct in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Market Impact

Group chief executive Datuk Mohd Salem Kailany said the mall integrates art, culture, lifestyle and leisure, anchored by Galeri PETRONAS which will occupy 126,356 sq ft and open in the fourth quarter of 2027. “Ombak KLCC completes the whole KLCC Precinct in terms of offerings and offers a completeness to KLCC, the soul of Kuala Lumpur,” he told a National Day event on August 26.

The 100-acre precinct already includes the PETRONAS Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and the 50-acre KLCC Park. From August 26 to 31 Ombak KLCC runs themed activations under “Jiwa Malaysia,” featuring 69 programmes in art, craft, food, music and community.
