Atilia Haron will open Rise & Revive 2.0 with a yoga session on September 13, organisers said on Monday.

Market Impact

The event follows the inaugural edition in January, which organisers described as a strong sign of demand for inclusive vitality programmes that go beyond physical fitness.

Four Malaysian fitness and lifestyle figures will lead the second edition. They include newcomer Eleza Zaaba, a Pilates and Piloxing Elite Star instructor.

Atilia Haron, a jazz singer and wellness icon, will combine movement, mindfulness and music in the opening yoga session to refresh body and mind, according to the announcement.

Icon Hanis, a master trainer and Pound Fitness icon, will run “Pound with Hanis,” a high-intensity session set to drum rhythms that blends rhythmic movement and breathing techniques to relieve stress and rebuild physical and mental balance.

Mimifly will close the event with “Flyjam,” a dance workout to tracks from the 1990s to the present, designed to leave participants refreshed and more confident.

Rise & Revive 2.0 will run from 7:00AM to 1:00PM at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Tickets cost RM99 each and include breakfast.

The event is part of KLCC Sustainable September, reinforcing the link between personal wellbeing, community health and environmental sustainability.

Organisers said the January edition drew strong participation, reflecting a growing appetite for programmes that integrate fitness with mindfulness and community engagement.
