Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said enforcement agencies can investigate Tabung Haji (TH) for years outside the 2014-2020 scope of the Royal Commission of Inquiry.

On Aug 16, Anwar said the government will amend the Tabung Haji Act 1995 to protect Muslim depositors’ trust.

The amendment is part of the Madani government’s push to strengthen governance and address institutional weaknesses.
